No. We help you use the devices you already own. We never push products or make you buy anything.
What if you can’t fix my issue?
If something’s outside our scope (like a hardware failure), we’ll explain clearly what’s wrong and recommend next steps (refer you to a partner) — without charging you for time we didn’t use.
